This App or Website is Created, Designed, and Operated by Indie Developer and Artist known as “Blunuage” in Ciudad de México, Mexico.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
The brand “Happy Glass – Fill The Glass” is registered with the Instituto Mexicano de Propiedad Industrial (IMPI) and is the exclusive property of Blunuage. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
2. App Overview
This application is a puzzle game divided into levels. In each level, the user must find the solution presented in an image. For each attempt, the user places and validates a pin, and the displayed temperature indicates how close they are to the correct answer. The goal is to find all answers in single-player mode and respond to a series of questions in multiplayer mode.
It is possible to use “hints” to find the correct answers. These hints can be purchased with in-game “coins,” which are available for sale in the game’s store.
3. Facebook Account
Using the application does not require creating an account, but users may log in with their Facebook account to share their progress with friends. You can log out of your Facebook account at any time.
4. In-Game Purchases
The app is free, but it may require in-app purchases to use “hints.” The purchase of hints is made in exchange for “coins,” which are sold in bundles within the in-game “Store” section based on a listed price.
Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of sale for platforms such as “AppStore” or “Google Play.” These purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The game grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application. It may only be used on compatible devices as listed on the download platform.
According to applicable intellectual property law, only private use of the Application is authorized. Any other use, especially for commercial purposes, is prohibited and may be considered infringement.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to you regarding the Application as a whole or any of its elements, such as its interface, graphical elements, text, sounds, software, algorithms, databases, etc. Copying the Application is prohibited, and a backup copy is unnecessary, as the app can always be downloaded from the platforms.
Extracting content from the Application, whether manually or automatically, is prohibited. Disclosing solutions or answers to others, including online, is also prohibited.
